THE HISTORY

Making Raving Fans Hospitality was created in 2020, but was initially comprised of restaurants that have been serving high-quality food and drink in the Baton Rouge area for many years. The hospitality group was formed when Chef Peter Sclafani and Kiva Guidroz came together as 50/50 equity partners, bringing their decades of experience under one name. Together, the team continues to push the envelope of Baton Rouge’s culinary culture.


THE VISION

When Making Raving Fans Hospitality Group was formed, the team set a goal to grow the restaurant group to 10 total establishments by the year 2028.

Peter Sclafani
Peter is a third-generation chef from New Orleans and is widely regarded as one of Louisiana’s finest and most innovative chefs.

Kiva Guidroz
Kiva has decades of experience in the hospitality industry under his belt, gaining an early start by working with his father, Ken Guidroz, for many years before opening Portobello’s Grill in 1996.
